Lead the Company's global stock administration function, ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant administration of equity compensation programs with oversight of equity transactions, administration systems, operational controls, reconciliations, employee support, and relationships with brokers, transfer agents, and other service providers. Reporting to SVP Controller, this role will have responsibility for global shared services across Procure-to-Pay, Payroll, Travel & Expense, Stock Administration, Master Data, banking and payment operations, and selected transactional accounting activities.
