Local Property Managers are responsible for the day-to-day management of their properties, working alongside a robust team of in-house engineers, construction managers, accounting professionals, and property services professionals to ensure the portfolio is well maintained and operating efficiently. Assist in managing daily property operations, including janitorial, landscaping, parking lot sweeping, pest control, repair and maintenance, HVAC maintenance, roofing, life safety equipment, fire code requirements, security, and other property-related services as needed.
