This role leads a team of BI and data professionals and partners closely with Retail leadership and field teams to deliver trusted data, actionable insights, scalable analytics solutions, and AI-driven innovations that enhance business performance, profitability, productivity, and the customer experience while supporting broader organizational objectives. Supervisory Responsibilities: This position directly leads the Retail Business Intelligence & Analytics team and is responsible for hiring, onboarding, coaching, developing, assigning work, setting performance expectations, reviewing deliverables, conducting performance discussions, and building succession capability.
