Receives customer information, including passenger names, passenger weights, cargo weights, departure/destination point, FBO, and special needs and requirements for each trip Prepares flight operation paperwork and ensures all ground handling, fueling, etc. is arranged Solves operational problems caused by cancellations, delays, diversions, and mechanical interruptions Obtains necessary landing clearances and schedules special equipment and services needed at destination Coordinates additional flight or ground transportation as required by customer Records, activates, and closes a company flight plan for each flight Performs additional duties as assigned by the Operations/Charter Manager, Chief Pilot, or Director of Operations Must be able to work as part of a team. We provide services for a wide range of markets, including VIP charter, emergency medical services including patient and organ transport, electronic news gathering, motion picture, television and commercial production.
