This position requires evidence of clinical expertise in the practice of trauma nursing, expert knowledge of trauma systems, case management, quality improvement, knowledge of adult learning theories, computer database experience, excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to be self-directed. identifies issues related to trauma care, responds to trauma codes while in house, coordinates quality improvement activities with the Trauma Pl coordinator and Trauma Program Manager, participates in trauma education and assists the Trauma Program Manager with the Trauma Accreditation process.
