AAADM inspection requirements and OSHA practices- Own branch KPIs: labor utilization, billable hours, job profitability, callbacks and customer satisfaction- Build and manage preventive maintenance and service agreement programs- Partner with business development on quotes, scope reviews and key accounts- Manage truck stock, inventory, fleet and tools- Recruit, onboard and train techs, and support AAADM certification for the team- Be the go-to contact for key customers, GCs and facility managers- Keep accurate records in our field service and ERP systems. Nice to Have- AAADM certification- Experience with Stanley, Horton, ASSA ABLOY/Besam, Nabco, dormakaba or Record- Experience managing budgets, P&L drivers and operational KPIs- Service agreement and PM program experience- Knowledge of the Baltimore–Washington commercial market (healthcare, education, government, retail)- Bachelor's degree in business, construction management or a related field, or equivalent experience.
