Qualifications You Must Have: Bachelor's Degree combined and 8 or more years of experience in an manufacturing operations, materials management/materials planning, continuous improvement/process improvement, or related environment or OR a Master's degree combined with 5 or more years of experience in an engineering, manufacturing operations, materials management/materials planning, continuous improvement/process improvement, or related environment. Success will be measured by developing strategies and executing goals with the business units/departments and objectives to meet capacity requirements, inventory controls, cost reduction objectives, on time delivery, and control tower measures.
