Lead and support regulatory, third-party, and customer audits, including USDA, FDA, Health Department, Virginia Department of Agriculture, Military Veterinary Command, and GFSI/BRC audits. Oversee prerequisite programs including supplier approval, sanitation, pest control, allergen management, environmental monitoring, maintenance, and product testing.
