At least 10 years of relevant experience, including at least 5 years leading complex cross-functional programs, logistics control towers, or operating-model implementation in supply chain, infrastructure, construction, manufacturing, or a comparable environment. The manager is expected to contribute beyond their primary area, including broader procurement, sourcing, supplier development, or planning assignments, based on relevant experience, equipment knowledge, readiness, workload, and appropriate specialist support.
