ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: As needed, collaborates with interdisciplinary treatment teams, other departments and administration to ensure that all residents' physical, biopsychosocial, age, developmental and cultural needs are met and when they are not met, acknowledges and works to resolve customer complaints. Maple Heights Behavioral Health is a new, 120-bed inpatient hospital in Fort Wayne, Indiana, that will provide comprehensive treatment for adolescents, adults, and seniors who are struggling with acute symptoms of a variety of mental health disorders.
