Authorized to work in the US; Qualified to pass a security screening and medical examination; Bachelor''s degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, Business Administration, Industrial Technology, or a related field; Minimum of eight (8) years of experience in industrial manufacturing, heavy industry, utilities, or facilities management, including leadership responsibilities; Understanding of Lean management principles; Strong knowledge of industrial operations, maintenance programs, reliability-centered maintenance (RCM), asset management, and safety management systems; Proven track record in account management, operations management, or client relationship management; Experience managing multi-site operations and large integrated facilities management contracts is preferred; Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; Strong analytical, financial, and problem-solving abilities; Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish (written and verbal) is required; Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced industrial environment.
