Lead day-to-day jobsite operations from pre-construction through closeout, coordinating subcontractors, maintaining schedules, monitoring quality and job costs, managing field documentation, and keeping projects moving safely, efficiently, and in accordance with plans, specifications, permits, and project requirements. The Construction Superintendent is the on-site field leader responsible for constant supervision of active work, coordination of subcontractors and trades, construction scheduling, site meetings, inspections, quality control, and accurate project documentation.
