This role owns the vision, strategy, and execution for our platforms and experiences-including the Impact Platform (learner and admin experiences), 4DXOS, and related technologies and integrations-and leads the cross-functional organization that builds and operates them (Product Management, Design/UX, Data/Analytics, Engineering, QA). Our services and products are primarily delivered through our subscription offerings, which are comprised of the FranklinCovey All Access Pass, which is primarily sold through our Enterprise Division, and the Leader in Me membership, which is designed specifically for our Education Division.
