Identify and participate in relevant committees, boards, and groups in the region, including the CRE community, commercial and industrial developers, business groups and chambers of commerce, and government partners (planners, permitting, municipal infrastructure). This role is responsible for identifying and developing new construction and investment opportunities, maintaining a strong presence in the business community, and building lasting relationships with customers, developers, and civic partners throughout the region.
