Expect to lead meetings with internal stakeholders, document requirements, assess technical feasibility, consult and collaborate with SMEs, create technical documentation including technical diagrams, strategy manifestoes, user flows, agent prompts, and data flows. Partner with internal teams and SMEs to deliver AI solutions for agency teams such as Strategy, Data and Analysis, Media, Experience Design, Project Management, Social and our cross-capability client suites (Total Commerce, CRM, Creative Experience).
