p>The Senior Account Executive will take the lead on employee benefits accounts and provide multiple layers of support in maintaining, expanding, and servicing the unique needs of each of our clients.

As an Entry Level Account Executive, you’ll work directly with our teams to build client relationships, support customer accounts, and contribute to company growth. This position is ideal for individuals who are ready to begin a professional career, receive structured training, and develop the skills needed to advance within a growing company.

li>Account Development: Responsible for selling to dedicated accounts, the continuum of physical security integration services, cyber, maintenance programs, managed services and transformational services as needed to increase customer lifetime value, profitability and inoculate competitive threats.

Supports the Health Systems' Triple Aim efforts in various care settings to include appropriate pull through of protocols, pathways, order sets, formularies, treatment algorithms, transition of care, and population health management initiatives to assist the Health System with the delivery of optimal care. The SAE is also responsible for the delivery of brand value propositions to affiliated Health Care Professionals (HCPs) and generating advocacy for BI products with Key Decision Makers in the system and delivering brand sales growth with the targeted HCPs and accounts.

Please note: If this position is posted as either fully remote and/or hybrid, in accordance with company policy, individuals residing within a 50-mile radius of a branch location may be required to work onsite in a hybrid capacity as there may be occasions when on-site presence is necessary to meet specific business needs. Actively seek to grow IOA business by identifying and acting on sales opportunities, and serve as a resource to the account team and Producers.
