This position directs the dispatch team and cross-dock managers, coordinates company and third-party drivers, and manages carrier relationships to support safe, accurate, and timely delivery service. Manage third-party drivers and carrier partners, including scheduling, service coordination, safety and compliance expectations, performance monitoring, issue resolution, and delivery accountability.
