This role is responsible for maintaining servers, end-user devices, identity platforms, backup systems, and core business applications while providing responsive support to faculty, staff, and other users. The ideal candidate is comfortable working across Windows, macOS, ChromeOS, iPadOS, Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, Active Directory, endpoint management, and server infrastructure.
