The successful candidate will oversee a team of engineers and other professionals, prioritize and manage water resources projects ranging in complexity, and maintain open effective communication and transparency with the client in support of the implementation of their CIP program. This role will also involve engineering planning and drainage design projects, including retrofits of existing systems and construction of new systems, assisting in plan development, cost estimating, specifications, and permitting.
