JOB SUMMARY: The Manager of Accounting Shared Services role is a hands-on leadership position responsible for both managing a centralized team, allocating work, solving problems, and directly contributing to the execution of key accounting, reconciliation, and regulatory reporting activities. This role is responsible for overseeing and completing the internal workflows needed to ensure accurate daily recording, monitoring, analyzing, reporting, and communication of financial information for the QCRH companies in accordance with GAAP.
