Support applications including Customer Maintenance, Estimating, Pricing, Order Processing, Scheduling, Shipping, Invoicing, Inventory, Security, Payroll, Purchasing, Accounts Payable, and Manufacturing Systems. This role requires strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, the ability to work directly with end users, and strong SQL knowledge for researching and resolving application-related issues.
