Facilitate initial and ongoing training for new hires and existing team members across clinical roles, including Chiropractic Technicians (CTs), Clinic Managers (CMs), Doctors of Chiropractic (DCs), Senior CTs, and Retention CTs. Partner with Clinical Operations, Clinical Training, and Learning & Development leadership to assess training needs, identify performance gaps, evaluate program effectiveness, and implement improvements aligned with organizational objectives.
