Accepts and responds to work requests for general maintenance and repair of closures, mobile equipment, installed facility systems, various piping systems, minor plumbing, minor electrical, move requests, simple temperature complaints, and other assignments from management. Inspects and initiates repairs to life safety equipment and systems including fire doors, fire/smoke walls, fire barriers, medical gas systems, egress and emergency lighting, fire sprinkler and suppression systems, and fire alarm systems.
