Position Summary:
The National Accounts Representative at Marmic Fire & Safety is responsible for managing and overseeing the daily operations related to large customer accounts and national brands. Reporting to the National Accounts Manager, this role involves leading communication with national accounts, addressing and resolving customer issues, and coordinating with Marmic branches to ensure smooth service delivery and accurate billing. This is a night shift role from 10:00 PM - 7:00 AM to cover critical emergency service calls. 

Core Responsibilities:
Customer Communication & Service:<ul><li>Serve as the primary point of contact for National Accounts, facilitating effective communication and managing information requests.</li><li>Address and resolve customer complaints promptly and professionally.</li><li>Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and Branch Managers to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.</li></ul>Coordination & Dispatch:<ul><li>Coordinate with Marmic branches to manage work orders, dispatches, and follow-ups with National Account holders.</li><li>Research and resolve any payment discrepancies, collaborating with both National Account holders and branches to ensure timely resolution.</li></ul>Operational Oversight:<ul><li>Ensure all daily operations related to National Accounts are executed efficiently and accurately.</li><li>Support the National Accounts Manager in various operational tasks and contribute to process improvements as needed.</li></ul> The above information has been designed to indicate the general nature and level of work performed by employees in this role. Minimum Qualifications:
