You will manage company resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials, while working closely with Engineering, Quality, and Maintenance teams to meet work schedules and fulfill customer requirements efficiently and cost-effectively. Lead continuous improvement activities within the area, including approving and sponsoring projects, managing CAPEX requirements and CER submissions, and overseeing a productivity pipeline of projects.•
