Plan and coordinate inbound shipments (ocean, air, truck, courier) for semiconductor tools, modules, spares, and consumables; schedule dock appointments and prioritize urgent/installation-critical freight. Oversee unloading, inspection, piece-count, and damage checks for crated and heavy equipment, including verification of serial numbers, part numbers, revision levels, and configurations against POs and packing docs.
