FULL PERFORMANCE KNOWLEDGES, SKILLS AND ABILITIES: Good knowledge of modern methods used in maintaining financial accounts and records including computer financial software; good knowledge of office terminology, procedures and equipment; good knowledge of business arithmetic and English; ability to type accurately; ability to plan and supervise the work of others; ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with others; ability to perform close, detail work involving considerable visual effort and concentration; ability to make arithmetic computations rapidly and accurately; ability to follow oral and written instructions; ability to organize and maintain accurate records and files; mental alertness; high degree of accuracy; neatness; tact; courtesy. Note: Successful completion of coursework in accounting, business administration, or closely related field at a regionally accredited college or university, or one accredited by the New York State Board of Regents to grant degrees, may be substituted for the required experience with three (3) semester credit hours of related coursework as indicated above being equivalent to three (3) months of experience up to one year.
