In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways: Oversee all accounting activities related to payroll and other HR-related general ledger accounts, ensuring accurate financial reporting, strong internal controls, and effective integration between payroll operations, payroll tax, HR, and corporate finance. Proven knowledge of payroll accounting flows, compensation accrual methodologies, payroll tax accounting, employee benefit accounting, ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Workday Financials, etc.), and payroll platforms (Workday, ADP, SAP, etc.).
