This role assists with equipment preparation, basic service tasks, customer-site support, documentation, parts handling, and safe execution of decontamination projects while developing technical knowledge of Decon+ service equipment, processes, and customer support expectations. · Assist senior technicians with field equipment repairs, decontamination projects, preventive maintenance activities, equipment setup, and customer-site service work.
