COE I performs routine operational tasks, responds to alarms and abnormal conditions, supports customer infrastructure projects, and works closely with team members, vendors, and customers while developing technical knowledge and experience within a mission-critical environment. As a member of the Data Center Operations team, the Critical Operations Engineer I (COE I) is responsible for operating, monitoring, and maintaining critical data center electrical, mechanical, cooling, and fire/life safety systems to support reliable facility operations.
