Maintain comprehensive visibility across a portfolio of active eminent domain, inverse condemnation and related litigation matters from matter opening through trial, settlement and post-judgment activity Conduct regular, structured matter reviews with responsible attorneys and case teams, including weekly check-ins as appropriate, to confirm matter status, upcoming milestones, pending work, responsible team members and next steps Prepare and maintain matter-specific action plans, status reports, task lists, litigation trackers and other practical tools that provide a current and reliable view of active matters Anticipate upcoming needs and proactively communicate timing considerations to case teams to support timely preparation for hearings, filings, discovery deadlines, expert deadlines, depositions, mediations, arbitrations, trials and other significant events Identify potential scheduling conflicts, workflow bottlenecks, missed deadlines or gaps in case management before they affect a client matter Monitor and update applicable case management and document management systems to ensure accurate matter information and reporting Coordinate preparation and filing of court documents and administrative submissions with appropriate Firm resources. Facilitate recurring matter-status meetings and circulate concise action-item summaries identifying ownership and target completion dates Monitor key case developments and proactively communicate changes affecting schedules, deadlines, staffing or resources Help ensure continuity of operations during employee absences, leave periods and staffing transitions Partner with practice leadership and Legal Support Services to identify recurring workload, coverage or process issues and recommend practical solutions Participate in practice group, case team and Firm administrative meetings as needed Complete special projects and other responsibilities as assigned.
