The Assistant Director helps drive strong performance across patient room cleaning, discharge cleaning, floor care, operating room cleaning, waste removal, patient flow, quality, and regulatory readiness while partnering closely with hospital leadership and frontline teams. We are looking for a leader with previous hospital EVS experience who understands HCAHPS, bed turnaround, discharge cleaning, Joint Commission readiness, infection prevention, staffing, and operational KPIs.
