The Director, Development and Partnerships leads UNA-USA's fundraising, donor relations, and partnership strategy to support long-term financial sustainability and advance the organization's mission, visibility, advocacy reach, membership engagement, national programming, and external partnerships. Coordinate and facilitate external engagement and development conversations for the Executive Director, including preparing briefing materials, managing follow-up, aligning internal stakeholders, and supporting the advancement of priority donor, funder, sponsor, partner, and senior stakeholder relationships.
