Responsibilities include managing subcontractors, coordinating daily site operations, maintaining project schedules, conducting safety meetings, and partnering closely with the Project Manager to deliver successful projects. Current assignments include $60M-$240M ground-up multifamily and senior living developments across the San Fernando Valley, Pasadena, Los Angeles, Orange County, and the Inland Empire.
