Perform project-related HVAC and mechanical work, including equipment installation and replacement, startup support, and major repairs on RTUs, AHUs, split systems, heat pumps, pumps, condensers, VAVs, exhaust fans, chillers, cooling towers, boilers, VRFs, and related controls. This person should be comfortable with equipment replacements and retrofits, performing PMs and repairs when needed, using BAS/BMS systems, documenting work accurately, coordinating with vendors and subcontractors, and helping projects finish safely, on schedule, and to scope.
