The selected candidate will lead process improvement efforts, drive resolution of manufacturing issues, and work cross-functionally with Operations, Quality, Test, Reliability, Design Engineering, Supply Chain, and Program teams to achieve production and program objectives. This role is responsible for developing, optimizing, and sustaining manufacturing methods for complex electronic and electro-mechanical assemblies with focus on safety, quality, delivery, cost, and throughput performance.
