Provides direct supervision to program coordinators (Lakeland, Winter Haven, Wauchula, Highlands, FIS, IBH) who assist with the supervision of assigned personnel, which may include, but not limited to: case managers, counselors, peer specialist, and support staff including completion of employee performance evaluations in accordance with agency policy. The individual must also be in possession of a valid State of Florida license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or possess a valid out of state license that may be valid in the state of Florida.
