Embedded within an integrated JLL and client team, the Transaction Manager will keep the team aligned on ongoing client portfolios, transactions updates (internal and external), draft and revise LOIs, run financial analysis and use AI tools to support and deliver to clients. Synthesize market intelligence, including availability, asking and effective rents, concessions, sublease conditions and competitive activity; coordinate maps, dashboards and specialized site data such as talent access, infrastructure, power, utilities or permitting when relevant.
