This role designs end-to-end, scalable, and integrated solutions across Workday and adjacent platforms (e.g., ServiceNow, Phenom, Peakon), ensuring architectural integrity, cross-domain alignment, and long-term sustainability. Proactively identify architectural enhancements and future-state capabilities aligned to 3-5-year domain roadmap, and partner with HR COEs to shape domain solution priorities.
