Reporting to the School Leader, this role maintains a visible presence across campus, builds positive relationships with students, and supports systems that keep students safe, engaged, and in the appropriate learning environment. Ability to manage competing priorities, work effectively amid frequent interruptions, maintain attention and situational awareness for sustained periods, respond calmly to student needs, and exercise judgment within established protocols.
