The role investigates production issues, restores service, analyzes application and data failures, modifies stored procedures and application components, improves monitoring, supports releases and upgrades, and develops enhancements in partnership with business SMEs and the Solution Engineer Lead. The role will primarily support our energy related applications, including data-intensive pricing solutions, an enterprise energy-trading and risk-management platform, databases, scheduled jobs, interfaces, reports, and related operational tools.
