Reporting to the Director of Engineering, this position is responsible for water system master planning, Capital Improvement Program development, hydraulic modeling, GIS, asset management, preliminary engineering, regulatory support, and special projects involving water production, treatment, storage, transmission, and distribution infrastructure. The ideal candidate will bring extensive water utility planning experience and understand how master planning, hydraulic modeling, asset management, preliminary design, capital planning, and General Rate Case activities work together to support long-term infrastructure investment.
