If you value straight talk, take pride in making things easy for the people you work with, and want to be part of a growing land acquisition company, we’d love to hear from you.<h2>About the Role</h2>This is a 3-month engagement role supporting a leave of absence, with opportunity to remain long-term for the right candidate.We’re looking for someone who can make an immediate impact and potentially grow with us.Country Land Group is seeking a highly organized, dependable, and proactive Office Manager to oversee day-to-day office operations and help keep our team running efficiently. This is a critical role for someone who thrives on creating structure, improving processes, and ensuring the office operates smoothly.<h2>Key Responsibilities</h2><ul><li>Manage daily office operations and maintain an organized, efficient workplace</li><li>Oversee scheduling, calendars, meetings, and office communications</li><li>Support leadership with administrative tasks and operational coordination</li><li>Handle incoming calls, correspondence, filing, and document management</li><li>Coordinate vendors, office supplies, and facility-related needs</li><li>Assist with reports, data tracking, and maintaining accurate records</li><li>Support marketing and administrative projects as needed</li><li>Help improve systems and processes to increase office efficiency</li><li>Maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and strong internal communication</li></ul><h2>Performance Expectations</h2><ul><li>Office operations run smoothly and efficiently day to day</li><li>Administrative tasks and requests are handled accurately and on time</li><li>Reports and records are maintained with a high level of detail</li><li>Communication and follow-up are consistent and professional</li><li>Nothing falls through the cracks</li></ul><h2>What We’re Looking For</h2><ul><li>Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail</li><li>High level of accountability and ownership</li><li>Ability to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities</li><li>Professional communication and problem-solving skills</li><li>Proactive mindset with ability to work independently</li><li>Someone who takes pride in keeping things organized and running well</li></ul><h2>Preferred Experience</h2><ul><li>No Previous experience as an Office Manager needed. </li><li>Proficiency with Outlook, Dropbox, and office productivity tools</li><li>Experience supporting office operations, reporting, or business administration</li><li>Notary Public will be a plus (or willingness to become one)</li></ul><h2>Ideal Candidate Profile</h2>This role is ideal for someone who is:<ul><li>Detail-oriented and organized</li><li>Reliable and consistent with strong follow-through</li><li>Process-driven and operationally minded</li><li>Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a structured environment</li><li>Motivated to support team success and improve efficiency</li></ul><h2>Growth Opportunity</h2>Opportunity for growth within the organization for someone who demonstrates strong performance, leadership, and ownership.<h2>How to Apply</h2>If you’re a proactive professional who enjoys creating order, supporting a team, and keeping operations running smoothly—we encourage you to apply.
