Reporting to practice or nursing leadership, this role assesses patients, assists with procedures and examinations, administers medications and immunizations, and provides patient education and care coordination. The nurse handles clinical documentation in the electronic health record, supports population health outreach, and helps the practice run safely and efficiently.
