Reporting directly to the Chief Accounting Officer, this role leads the consolidation process across multiple legal entities, ensures compliance with U.S. GAAP, and serves as the primary accounting resource for complex and non-routine transactions. This position plays a critical role in maintaining the integrity of financial reporting under a private equity ownership structure and works closely with Accounting, FP&A, Treasury, Tax, external auditors, and sponsor stakeholders.
