Essential Duties and Responsibilities: The main objective for the intern is to become familiar with real estate principals, rules and regulations pertaining to rights of way and other land rights associated with the gathering, processing, transmission and storage assets in our energy portfolio, gaining experience in acquiring, maintaining and operating those rights to protect the assets. Responsibilities will vary but may include estimating, budgeting, reporting, administrative requests, renewals, permitting, document preparation and redlining, damage settlements, title research, GIS/mapping, project development and management.
