Job Duties and Responsibilities: The essential job duties/responsibilities of the position include but are not limited to the information listed below: • Assists in developing, implementing, and documenting treatment, including ISP/IPs and clinical programs. • Provides training and support to persons served. Perform hands-on tasks in the program as required in order to facilitate implementation of support plans. • Assists individuals in becoming fully integrated into their communities. Collects behavior and academic data and maintains progress notes. Enters information into electronic health record. Documents all information related to incidents, programs and routine activities in a communication log. • Stores, administers, documents and disposes of medication for persons served consistent with MAC requirements, funding source regulations and Company policy. • Communicates with and provides information to interested parties such as program nurse, funding agency, case managers, other service providers, Visiting Nurses Association nurses, and physicians. • Participates in all mandated training and staff meetings as directed by manager. Assists with the orientation of new staff. Ensures compliance with all internal and external regulatory bodies. • Ensures program site safety and maintenance as necessary at all times. This includes general housekeeping, lawn mowing, snow shoveling, and garbage removal. • Complies with all corporate and divisional policies and procedures, including safe work practices, workers’ compensation, universal precautions and exposure control. • Completes various paperwork and logs and online data records including communication logs, community membership logs, chore schedules, timesheets, and application forms. • Ensures required staff to consumer ratio is maintained at all times. Must perform last minute coverage, as required. • Functions as human rights advocate. Provides physical intervention and/or first aid in the event of behavior or medical emergency. Serves as a reporter to the Disabled Persons Protections Commission. • Maintains required certifications, reviews and replies to work emails, and follows all Vinfen administrative policies. • Performs other related duties, as required.

The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, and comfortable working hands-on with financial data, paper checks, and accounting documentation in a fast-paced environment.<ul><li>Monday- Friday 8am -5pm Onsite Position with a 45-minute paid lunch break daily</li><li>Temp-to-hire opportunity with long-term potential replacing a person retiring.</li><li>Pay Rate $30/hr.</li><li>Ultimate Staffing pays weekly and offers benefits while working as an ambassador for us.</li><li>Quick to convert offering 2 weeks of vacation, Medical, Dental and Vision</li></ul><hr/><h2>Key Responsibilities</h2><ul><li>Perform full-cycle Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable (AP/AR)</li><li>Enter and process invoices accurately and in a timely manner</li><li>Review credit card statements and match/attach supporting invoices for all expense submissions</li><li>Maintain organized financial records and filing systems (both paper and electronic)</li><li>Post and record checks accurately</li><li>Process bi-weekly payroll for approximately 50 employees using ADP</li><li>Prepare and distribute paper payroll checks</li><li>Ensure payroll accuracy, resolve discrepancies, and maintain payroll records</li><li>Work closely with ownership on payroll reporting and compliance</li><li>Provide daily administrative support to the Owner and Property Management Company</li><li>Coordinate office operations and handle general office management responsibilities</li><li>Serve as a primary point of contact for office-related issues</li><li>Contact and coordinate with technicians/vendors when equipment or systems are not functioning properly</li><li>Communicate professionally with vendors, staff, and management</li><li>Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate financial reporting</li><li>Maintain confidentiality with sensitive financial and employee information</li></ul><hr/><h2>Qualifications & Skills</h2><ul><li>Proven experience as an Office Manager, Bookkeeper, or Payroll Administrator</li><li>Strong working knowledge of ADP Payroll</li><li>Experience processing payroll for 50+ employees</li><li>Solid understanding of AP/AR and bookkeeping principles</li><li>High level of attention to detail and accuracy</li><li>Proficiency with data entry and invoice processing</li><li>Comfortable working with paper checks and physical documentation</li><li>Strong organizational and time-management skills</li><li>Ability to work independently and onsite</li></ul>All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, national origin, age, ancestry, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, gender expression, marital status, disability, medical condition, genetic information, pregnancy, or military or veteran status.
