The IDIQ scope requires construction management personnel to support the full project lifecycle, conduct inspections, verify compliance with contract requirements, review submittals and RFIs, monitor progress and quantities, support quality and safety oversight, coordinate access and security requirements, and assist with project closeout. Parsons will provide Owner's Agent Construction Management services, including program management, construction management, scheduling, cost estimating, risk management, quality assurance, safety, progress reporting, and related technical support.
