Qualifications • 3+ years of salon, spa, or retail management experience required. • Valid Arkansas cosmetology license • Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills. • Proven ability to manage teams, resolve conflicts, and build morale. • Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities. • Proficiency in scheduling, POS, and social media management systems. • Positive, energetic, and professional attitude with a passion for creating a fun, family-friendly experience.
