The Flex Officer Program is designed for qualified security professionals who can support multiple client locations, varying shifts, special events, emergency coverage needs, temporary staffing shortages, vacations, call-offs, and new account startups throughout Illinois and Indiana. Additional incentives may be available for certain assignments, including emergency coverage, critical staffing shortages, special projects, new account startups, or client-specific needs.
